All of BlueSky Learning’s programs focus on the application of skills rather than knowledge dissemination and are customized and contextualized to the industry, organization and the participant profile.
We first identify the behaviour drivers of the said competency and then use the appropriate game/simulation that allow participants to instinctively “demonstrate” those behaviours.
Participants learn from their own experiences and draw actionable commitments to change from these reflections. This make the learning less pedantic and prescriptive. We therefore become “Facilitators of Learning” rather that trainers in a classical sense.
